  Hey TD!

Keep the spirits up. The feet are a bummer, but I know you can do it!

Hey there! Well here it is Cinco de Mayo and the girls at the shop and I are planning a party, we have the mexican food, the decorations and the margaritas, just one thing missing though.....YOU! Sounds like you are doing well and having fun! I am so proud of you. I think this is your 10th day on the trail? If so, you have already lasted 9 days longer than
I would have, congrats! Missing you. Be safe, have fun!

  Brendon ,
What a wonderful site, perfect for your adventure. I am the BP Agent you spoke with at the Campo Station and wanted to again wish you well on you adventure.

Ron,
Your writing of hiking the first day with your son was very nice, reminded me of times spent with my father. I am sure that will be a cherished day.

Safe trip,
Richard

  Trail Dude,
I'm stoked that i made your page. I'm bumming in Joshua Tree for a few days waiting for the Apache Peak fire to Clear. Hey now with the extra time maybe the snow will clear and I can go over San Jacinito. Plus we might meet again.

Hey, so glad you got to do this. Your dad sounds awesome. Be safe and enjoy every moment. By the time you get back I will be needing a hair cut :)

  Hi Canyon,

this is Sauerkraut. I just got picked
up at the Paradise Corner Cafe as a Forest Fire is burning at Apache Peak and they closed something like 50 Miles of the PCT.

Go to inciweb.org to find out more.

Right now it means that from Pines-2-Palmes Highway to Fuller Ridge the trail is closed. You can resume your hike after Fuller Ridge. Even though you might be fine once you get there.

Hope to see you gain on the trail and is that blister video already online? I'd like to put a link on my webpage for my german friends.
